pq24021 - Mnemonic Conflicts with Menus and PushButtons

Symptom:

	This seems to be another permutation of APARs PQ14927 and                     
 	PQ23597.                                                                      
 	If 2 different mnemonics are defined, one for a push button and               
 	one for a menu, both of them fire when Alt+char is pressed for                
 	the push button.  


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq24021.st and file in the patch.
