pq24016 - Y2K problem in CfsStat on Unix

  VA ST 4.0 or later



Symptom:

   CfsStat time fields (stAtime, stCtime, stMtime) hold their year value in
   years-from-1900 on Unix, but years-from-0 on other platforms.

Solution:

  Open a workspace on file pq24016.st and file in the patch.
