Symptom:

	When attempting to establish a socket connection, the method
    AbtSocket>>getHostById: is being called twice to resolve an IP
    address in the server's hosts file. The second call is not necessary.

Solution:

	Open a workspace on the file pq23980.st and file in the patch.
