pq23513 - v4.5a Esc key works differently on combo box for modals
                 versus primary windows

Prerequisites:

	v4.5a

Symptom:

	A window contains a combo box and the list is dropped down. If the
    window is opened with openWidget, hitting Esc causes the combo
    box to close. If the window is opened openApplicationModalWidget,
    hitting esc causes the entire modal window to close.


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq23513.st and file in the patch.
