pq22485 - Can't start Word 8 with LINKED doc if doc is Word6,7  format

Symptom:

	We have an application that allows the user to select a LINKED                
 	word file (currently, word version 6, 7 or 8), display it in an               
 	AbtOleClientView and then by double clicking on the control,                  
 	allow editing of the Linked object by starting word.                          
 	.                                                                             
 	If the file is a Word 6 or 7 format and Word 8 is installed on                
 	the machine, Word will not start for linked objects.  However,                
 	if the above object was Embedded, Word will edit  that fine.


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq22485.st and file in the patch.
