	Under Windows, read-only center-aligned text can be deleted from text fields.
	Formerly v3 APAR PQ02495


Solution:

	If the customer is running on Windows and has 4.5a loaded, there is a clash with PTR #9685.  pq21280a.st is all that 
	is needed in this case.  Open a workspace to pq21280a.st and file in the patch.

	For the original workaround, open a workspace to pq21280b.st and file in the patch.  Use for Windows
	only.
