Symptom:

	Some special Turkish characters aren't displayed correctly in an
	EwTableColumn heading.  These same characters, however, are
	displayed correct in a CwText or CwButton widget as illustrated
	in the testcase below.   Specifically, the characters that do not 
	display are the ones that are keyed when you type the following
	characters on a US keyboard:

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq20062.st and file in the patch.
