pq19825 - Object Extender model code generator
                 error for inherited objects

Prerequisites:

   V4.5


Symptom:

   The model code generator does not write the VA interface spec for
   inherited objects.  The actual object that is missing the interface 
   spec is in the DataObject in the Model Services App.  This only 
   occurs when lite collections are defined in the superclass.

Solution:

   Open a workspace on file pq19825.st and file in patch.
