pq19485 - Bitmap path not working correctly.

Prerequisites:



Symptom:

	Customer would like to group bitmaps in a subdirectory (one         
	subdirectory per app) under a lan drive/path that is pointed to 
	in the abt.ini.   This is not possible because the         
	#primitiveImage method looks for the pathSeparator ('\') to     
	determine if its a full path or not.  

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq19485.st and file in the patch.
