pq19063 - TAB/CURSOR MESSED UP FROM 4.02 TO 4.5 FOR
                 DROPDOWNLIST

Prerequisites:

   v4.5  v4.02

Symptom:

	In v4.02b, the cursor would move  horizontally in the selected item 
	of the drop downlist,  when using the arrow keys. In v4.5, focus is
    lost and tabbing does nothing, meaning, no widget gets focus. The 
    difference seems to be in the method  OSComposite>>wmChar:with: 
	When I pull the 4.5 version into 4.02b, the error occurs.


Solution:

    Open a workspace on file pq19063.st and file in the patch.
