                   tree (an EwTableTree) removes separators

Prerequisites:




Symptom:

   An EwTableTree is created with the separatorsToExtremes resource 
   set to true.  The separators below the last item in the table are not
   redrawn after items in the table are expanded and then collapsed.

Solution:

   Open a workspace on file pq17261.st and file in the patch.
