Symptom:

 AbtEwHoverHelp class changed from V3 to V4; many of the Class Vars
 and Instance Vars are no longer used and the method that is walking
 back has changed to refer to visualPolicy.  Some of the instance methods 
(horizontalLeftOffset, horizontalTopOffset,  verticalLeftOffset, verticalTopOffset) 
should be using the class method value when the instance value is nil.   

Solution:

 Open a workspace on pq155636.st and file in the fix.
