pq15472 - Native Oracle Database Packed Decimal field's host variable loses sign.

Symptom:

	When using native oracle and a field of type Database Packed Decimal,    
	if you use a host variable for this type of field and go to the          
	settings page for the host variable and check the box labelled           
	"signed data" and then save the settings.  If you go back into           
	the settings this value will not be checked.  It is not being            
	saved to the access set.  This in turn causes the sign to be lost        
	when using the field in an application.


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq15472.st and file in the patch.
