pq15274 - Under Windows, default height of a CwText  widget is different in 3.0 and 4.02.

Symptom:

	A problem occurs when trying to adjust the height of a text field and a combo box .  If you
	place a text field on a window next to a combo box  or drop-down list,  visually you can 
	see there is a difference in the heights of the two widgets.  If, however, you use the 
	"Match Height"  function to resize the text field to the height of the combo box, nothing  
	happens, the text field is never resized. 

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq15274.st and file in the patch.
	NOTE - This workaround is for the VA "Match Height" function!
