pq14927 - Suspend os processing of mnemonics

Prerequisites:



Symptom:

	If a key pressed event handler is added to a table and a mnemonic is added to a push button,
 	when the table has focus and the mnemonic key is pressed then both the event  handler is signaled
 	and then the mnemonic is signaled.  The exepected behavior is that only the key press event handler
 	gets signaled.


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq14927.st and file in the patch.
