pj24880 - Text height in WindowsNT causes problem with alignment definition.

Prerequisites:



Symptom:

	If a text field in windows is made too short (vertically), the alignment
	appears to default to CENTER and the cursor will not display in the field.

Solution:

	This is basically two different problems, one is the ibeam doesn't appear
	and two, the alignment is incorrect.

	For the ibeam portion, open a workspace to pj24880a.st and file in the 
	patch.

	For the alignment portion, open a workspace to pj24880b.st and file in
	the patch.
