PRPRWTHV.ST - ABTIBMROW DOES NOT UNDERSTAND VALUELENGTHFOR:PUT:

Customer created a static query that uses a date field as an 
an input host variable shape. When tested from the organizer, 
he got a walkback. It seems that the unified fields were not 
converting the date field properly. 

Filein prprwthv.st to correct this problem.
