pq14364 - Default button is not respecting modality

Symptom:

Subclass an HTML page to make changes in behavior and then su   
 bclass all other pages from this one. The part does not show up 
 in the action settings of the form part for further subclasses. 

Solution:

 Open a Workspace on file pq14364.st and filein the patch.

Note: This is fixed in v4.5
