pq14323 - Default button is not respecting modality

Prerequisites:

 V4.02b


Symptom:

If the parent window has a default button, pressing enter
triggers the method that is associated with the default button.
Focus can still be set to the parent, but none of the buttons
can be clicked with the mouse. However, even with the child
window modal, the parent responds to the enter key being pressed. 

Solution:

 Open a Workspace on file pq14323.st and filein the patch.

Note: This is fixed in v4.5
