pq10911.st SETTINGS OF WINDOWS PARTS (NOTEBOOK VS. PROPERTIESTABLE)

When switching between notebook settings and properties table                 
 (this is more often seen in migration) there can be a                         
 discrepency in the settings.  If shellDecorations are specified               
 (as they are in notebook settings) then they can override other               
 windows settings (such as systemMenu:).  This is a problem                    
 because when using the properties table each value is set                     
 individually and not by using shellDecorations.
