pq09143 - Combo box problems

Prerequisites:

 V4.02b
Note: This is fixed in v4.5

Symptom:

 1.  when focus is on the abtComboBoxView, a mnemonic can
not be used for a button ( like an 'OK' push button).
2.  when we specify initial contents for a combo box and
initialize a screen with focus elsewhere, it appears that focus
is in the box because the initial contents are highlighted.


Solution:

 Open a Workspace on file pq09143.st and filein the patch.
