pq08883.st TABBING BETWEEN TEXT FIELDS AND SPIN BUTTONS IS INCORRECT

Add 2 text fields, followed by a spin button,
 followed by another text field.  Tab between 
all 4.  You'll see that once you get to the last 
text field, you'll only be able to tab between
it and the spin button.
