The marginWidth and marginHeight settings for a groupBox have no effect.

Workaround:
Set the CwFrame attributes for marginHeight and marginWidth in a script. 
                                                                         
Create a script that does:                                               
((self subpartNamed:'Group Box1') primaryWidget)                         
   marginHeight:20;                                                      
   marginWidth:20.
