pq07523.st  CANNOT ENABLE RADIO BUTTONS ON AIX IF THEY ARE DISABLED WHEN           
                 WHEN WINDOW IS FIRST OPENED

On AIX if a Radio Button Set is disabled when a window is first opened, the radio 
buttons cannot be enabled.
