pq06701.st  MLE HAS CARRIAGE RETURN CHARACTERS APPENDED TO END OF STRING ON WIN95

When using a multi-line edit part in v4 on Win95, there will be two extra characters 
appended to the end of the string, a carriage return and a line feed.  These characters 
were not appended in version 3.0 and this is causing a problem with existing applications.
These characters are also not appended in VisualAge 4.0 for OS/2.
