pq04737.st DEFAULT PRINTER NOT SELECTED WHEN PROMPTER IS DISPLAYED

On Windows, if you have multiple printer objects and display a
CwPrinterPrompter, the default printer is not the one selected when
the prompter is displayed. The one selected is always the last entry
in the displayInfo array. The default printer isn't selected  because
the displayName is never set.
