Fix for VisualAge for Smalltalk,Connection for Lotus Notes Feature

This fix provides solutions for minor problems in the VisualAge for
Smalltalk, Connection for Lotus Notes Feature. 
 
This fix prereqs VisualAge Professional, Version 3.0a Refresh.  You must 
have the Connection for Lotus Notes Feature loaded and applied all the
readme fixes.

To apply the fix, copy the self extracting zip file 'notesfix.exe' into a fix
directory.  Execute 'notesfix' to unpack the fix files.  Follow the instructions 
in the readme.txt file to complete the installation.
