This self extracting file contains fixes for Visualage for Smalltalk V3
refresh and IBM Smalltalk V3 refresh to support Windows 95 and NT in a 
DBCS environment.

See "Fixes" section below for a description of some of the key DBCS fixes for VisualAge for Smalltalk and IBM Smalltalk V3.0a refresh and several of the features.

There are fixes that apply to Windows NT/95 only and are so indicated
in the readme. All other fixes apply to all platforms.

The fixes are contained within a DOS format self extracting file.
To apply the fixes, copy the self extracting zip file 'v3nlsfx2.exe'
into a fix directory. Execute 'v3nlsfx2 -d' from a DOS command prompt
to unpack the fix files and build the appropriate subdirectories.
To complete the installation of fixes, follow the instructions
contained within the README.TXT file located within the README
subdirectory created during unpack.

Note:  if the -d option is not used when unpacking, sub-directories
        will not be created.
