Unable to load content to a VideoCharger server on a machine
running AIX 5 Maintenance Level 2.

Unable to load content to a VideoCharger server on a machine
running AIX 64 bit kernel.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
--------------------------
This APAR is combined with APAR IY31962.  Installing avs.de.rte_7.1.0.11.bff,
installs both APAR IY31931 and APAR IY31962.   The fileset avs.de.rte_7.1.0.11.bff
can be found in the .../IY31962 directory.
