(Optional) If you want to keep a backup copy, browse to the user's backup directory and rename the Everyplace.PRC file. Be sure to choose a name that you can use to identify this file if you want to revert to it later. 2. Unzip the interim fix zip file. 3. Open the folder for your language. 4. Start Palm Quick Install and select the user for the device you want to update. 5. Drag the IBMeaui.prc file from the folder into the handheld window of Palm Quick Install. 6. Hotsync the device. Installation of the interim fix should take approximately 5 minutes. ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: NONE INSTALLATION VERIFICATION: Verify the version number for Everyplace Client for Palm OS is v5.0.1.1 UNINSTALLATION INFORMATION: 1. Go to the backup directory in the user directory. 2. Delete Everyplace.PRC. 3. Rename the backup file to Everyplace.PRC. Note: This backup file is the file that you renamed during step 1 of the installation. 4. Start Palm Quick Install and select the user for the device to be updated. 5.
