* This package contains APAR fixes to the product above.  This
* package can be distributed to any one who has a license for
* this product.

* PREREQUISITES :  IBM eNetwork Personal Communications Toolkit version 2.0
*
* PROBLEMS FIXED:
*
*     IC17098: Error messages when generating a project using the
*              QFG function of the Personal Communications Toolkit
*              (32 bit).
*
*              Windows 95 "Illegal Operation" message is displayed.
*
*              Windows NT "An Application Error has occurred" message is
*              displayed.
*
*              In both cases, QFG is shut down. QFG cannot be restarted, get
*              a Runtime error 5.
*
*              Resolution: A bug exists which limits the number of maps which
*              contain exits (code generated in .PRC module) in the matchlist
*              to 13.
*
*              Additional instructions: Even with the fix for this problem, the
*              matchlist file (.lst) must be erased by the developer.
*
*
*
*
*      IC17100 WCL_HLLAPI call does not work.  A breakpoint following the call
*              in Visual Basic and looking at greterr variable shows the
*              return code is 10.
*
*  Resolution: Typo errors in wcl32.dll, wclcom32.dll, wcltrc32.dll prevented
*              WCL_HLLAPI from working.

* INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
*
*   IC17098.exe (*.exe in the steps below) is a self-extracting
*   file containing the shipped executables.
*
*   The PARTS LIST is as follows:
*
*
*      SHIPPED (fn ft)               REPLACES in PCOMMT~1
*      WCL32.DLL                     WCL32.DLL
*      WCLCOM32.DLL                  WCLCOM32.DLL
*      WCLTRC32.DLL                  WCLTRC32.DLL

*   Installing the fix on the system:
*
*      1) Be SURE to download *.exe file in BINARY format.
*
*      2) Stop Personal Communciations.
*
*      3) Create a Temp directory and copy *.exe into the temp directory and
*         execute the file.
*
*      4) Backup your previous versions of the parts listed in the
*         SHIPPED column in some manner.
*
*      5) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above.
*
*      6) Shutdown and reboot your system.
*
*      7) Restart Personal Communications
*
*
