* INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

*   IC33386.exe (*.exe in the steps below) is a self-extracting
*   file containing the shipped executables.
*
*
*   The PARTS LIST is as follows:

*      SHIPPED (fn ft)               REPLACES in winnt\system32\drivers
*      ---------------               ---------------------------------------
*       APPN.SYS                     APPN.SYS     
*       APPNAPI.SYS                  APPNAPI.SYS

*       LLC2.SYS or LLC2W2K.SYS      LLC2.SYS

*         There are 2 that require special attention,                       
*         they are LLC2W2K.sys and LLC2.sys.                                
*         If this fix is to be applied to NT, then put LLC2W2K.sys aside    
*         and replace LLC2.sys and all remaining files on the NT machine.   
*         BE SURE to first RENAME all original files before applying this   
*         fix.                                                              
*         If this fix is to be applied to W2K, then you must put aside      
*         the LLC2.SYS file since this one is only used on NT.              
*         You must then rename the LLC2W2K.sys to LLC2.sys.
*
*      NOTE: Both NT and W2K use the same file name, yet they are not interchangeable.

*   Installing the fix on the system:
*
*      1) Be SURE to download *.exe file in BINARY format.
*
*      2) Stop Personal Communciations.
*
*      3) Create a Temp directory and copy *.exe into the temp directory and
*         execute the file.
*
*      4) Backup your previous versions of the parts listed in the
*         SHIPPED column in some manner.
*
*      5) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above.
*
*      6) Shutdown and reboot your system.
*
*      7) Restart Personal Communications
*
