* INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
*
*   W3243HHL.exe (*.exe in the steps below) is a self-extracting
*   file containing the shipped executables.
*
*   The PARTS LIST is as follows:

*      SHIPPED (fn ft)               REPLACES in PCOM subdirectory
*
*      PCSWSAPI.DLL                  PCSWSAPI.DLL
*      EHLAPI32.DLL                  EHLAPI32.DLL

*   Installing the fix on the system:
*
*      1) Be SURE to download *.exe file in BINARY format.
*
*      2) Stop Personal Communciations.
*
*      3) Create a Temp directory and copy *.exe into the temp directory and
*         execute the file.
*
*      4) Backup your previous versions of the parts listed in the
*         SHIPPED column in some manner.
*
*      5) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above.
