* PROBLEMS FIXED:     
*   Internal  - Correct PCSCAL32.LIB to link the PCSQuerySessionList correctly
*   IC22910 - EHLLAPI stops working after 26 application blocks are active
*   IC22905 - Paste does not work after StartKeystrokeIntercept
*   IC22962 - Corrects RC 9 on reset after line drops
*   IC23011 - Semaphore leak
*   IC23398 - Correct performance of Sendkey function call in certain cases. 
*   IC23132 - RC=11 on connect after cntrl-C 
*   IC24252 - Memory Leak in SAAHLAPI for OS2

* INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

*   OS2C1HLL.exe (*.exe in the steps below) is a self-extracting
*   file containing the shipped executables.
*
*   The PARTS LIST is as follows:

*   Installing the fix on the system:

*      1) Be SURE to download *.exe file in BINARY format.
*
*      2) Stop Personal Communciations.
*
*      3) Create a Temp directory and copy *.exe into the temp directory and
*         execute the file.
*
*      4) Backup your previous versions of the parts listed in the
*         SHIPPED column in some manner.
*
*      5) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above.
