* PROBLEMS FIXED:  IC17250 - LLC2 does not recover the link when the Host or
*                            Gateway link has been stopped and then restarted.
*

* INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
*
*   IC17250.exe is a self-extracting file containing the shipped executables.
*
*   The PARTS LIST is as follows:

*

*   Installing the fix on the system:
*
*      1) Be SURE to download IC17250.exe file in BINARY format.
*
*      2) Stop Personal Communciations.
*
*      3) To replace WINCSV32.DLL you must first stop the AppnNode that is
*         running in NT Services.  To do this select My Computer, Control
*         Panel and then Services.  Highlight AppnNode and select Stop.
*         Replace the Module.
*
*      4) Create a Temp directory and copy IC17250.exe into the temp directory
*         and execute the file.
*
*      5) Backup your previous versions of the parts if needed that are listed
*         in the SHIPPED column in some manner.
*
*      6) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above.
*
*      7) Shutdown and reboot your system.
*
*      8) Restart Personal Communications
*
*
