  The file PJ23092.EXE is a self-extracting ZIP file that contains updated
OS/2 loaders (OS2LDR) for OS/2 2.11 and OS/2 Warp 3. These loaders correct
a hang condition found on some faster Intel system (166mhz or faster).

  Download this file in binary to an empty directory then enter PJ23092. The
following will be created.
