This file contains information you need to update the

  MERVA Message Processing Client for Windows, PTF UK02297

to correct the error reported with APAR PK05452.

MT524, Field SW93: Do not check subfield 3, if DSS is present.


MERVA Message Processing Client for Windows Requirements:
---------------------------------------------------------

It is very important to have the MERVA Message Processing Client for Windows 
PTF UK02297 installed !


Updating MERVA Message Processing Client for Windows:
-----------------------------------------------------

(1) Make sure that no process of the 
    MERVA Message Processing Client for Windows is running.

(2) Create a copy of encmp06.dll
    ( copy encmp06.dll encmp06.bak ).

(3) Replace the file encmp06.dll in the bin subdirectory of the
    client's installation directory by the new file.

Note: 'SET ENC_DIR' gives the client installation directory.
