PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
When IBM Network Browser Enabler is installed on a machine that has
Warp Server with IP_8506 or later installed, BRINST.CMD back-levels
the following 4 files :

1) NETSERVR.EXE
2) NETSVINI.EXE
3) NETWKSTA.200
4) HPFS386.IFS

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
We have modified the BRINST.CMD file to check the syslevel before
replacing the files.  Use this BRINST.CMD file instead of the one
provided on Software Choice.
