 The following files should be downloaded in binary format to an empty
 temporary directory.  Approximately 25 MB of available free space is
 required to store the downloaded files and to expand the compressed
 file:

        ip08516.exe   -   self-extracting zip file containing diskette
                          images for creating the CSD diskettes.

        The following files are self-extracting zip files containing the
        service tools for applying the CSD to the installed version of DCE.
        Only one of the files is required and is language dependent.
        Download the file containing the desired language:

             cs_140.exe  -  U. S. version
             csb140.exe  -  Brazilian version
             csi140.exe  -  Italian version
             css140.exe  -  Spanish version


 After downloading the files, change to the directory containing the files
 and execute the self-extracting executable ip08516.exe.  This will expand the
 CSD diskette images, and a tool for creating the diskettes from the image
 files, and a readme.1st file.  Read the readme.1st file for instructions
 on creating the diskettes and applying the CSD.

 DCE CSD's are cumulative. The new APAR's fixed in this CSD are :

    IC17748       dfs client returns out of memory error when using dfs
                  space for cbt

    IC20443       gda unconfiguration on master only partially
                  unconfigures client


 This CSD provides the fix required to make the product Year 2000 ready.
