  This package was generated to provide the missing locale files for the IPFAF
  Workstation APIs (WRAPI).

  These files are needed if they are not provided by other products like
  the IWP program or the VisualAge C++ compiler.

  Following are the instructions for applying the code:

  To install this package:

       1) Download the package from the bulletin board or FTP site into a
          directory.

       1) Specify this directory in the LOCPATH environment variable ---

          for instance;
          SET LOCPATH=d:\directory

          in the CONFIG.SYS file (OS/2), AUTOEXEC.BAT file (WIN95) or
          Environment tab of the System icon (WIN NT Control Panel).

       4) PKUNZIP the package  by issuing:

          PKUNZIP2 -d EYPOAPI.ZIP  (on OS/2)
          PKUNZIP  -d EYPWAPI.ZIP  (on WINDOWS)

          this will create subdirectories with appropriate Locale information.

       5) Reboot the have these files available.
