Problems that are fixed by the "jc7au" fix level:

   Additional text is added to the README.TXT file to describe a
   change the user should make to their metadata.  The metadata change
   works in conjunction with the defect 42632 solution provided with
   server fix level "jo7b6".

   Update the German translation of the help file for both Win16 and
   Win32 platforms.  Replacement IDSODBC.HLP for German customers
   only.  Do not use this file with any other language than German.
