IBM SoftCopy Librarian (SCL) V4

This supercedes V4.0y (final beta).
The version on the June 2001 collection kits is V4.1a

Fixes/Changes in 4.1a
- First generally available release.

System requirements:
- Windows 95 or later.  Windows NT 4.0 or later.
- 300MHz or greater CPU.

Installation:
ebrsclwj.exe is an InstallShield executable.  Invoke ebrsclwj to begin
the install program.  A Java Runtime Environment of at least 1.3.0
is required.  Also, the IBM Softcopy Reader or the IBM Library 
Reader for Windows is needed to view the User's Guide.

The latest version of this program will always be available at 
   http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/df/ebrsclwj.exe

Uninstallation:
This program is uninstalled via the Add/Remove Programs function
available from the Control Panel.

Documentation:
The SCL V4 User's Guide is available by selecting the "User's Guide" icon
on the system Start menu
