The SoftCopy Librarian V4 is written in Java and requires the installation
of a Java 1.3 runtime, available from either Sun
or IBM.

Installation
The SCL beta is distributed as ebrsclwj.zip. Create a new directory
or folder and unzip this file into it. If already have SCL, can copy
OUTPUT directory.
