This package contains the XLC_RTE subdirectory from the FlowMark "All Languages"
CD-ROM. It is not part of the FlowMark ServicePack 3 level, but is intended as a
service for customers who need an updated C runtime environment (xlC.rte 3.1.4.4)
including the latest level of the User Interface Class Library (ICLUI) which might be
necessary to successfully use the FlowMark Runtime Client for AIX.

All of these fixes can also be obtained elsewhere from IBM (like service.boulder.ibm.com).
