The Essbase Enterprise Services Console toolbar provides quick access to commonly used commands. The toolbar buttons that are displayed in the toolbar area of Essbase Enterprise Services Console change depending on which items you select in the navigation panel.
For example, if you select OLAP Servers in the navigation panel, then four toolbar buttons become available as shown below:
The following table describes the toolbar buttons that are available in Essbase Enterprise Services Console. Note that you may see only a few of these toolbar buttons at a time, depending on your selection in the navigation panel.

The Create button provides a shortcut to menus for creating users, groups, Enterprise Services servers, Essbase servers, applications, and domains. | |

The Refresh button refreshes the screen when changes have been made. | |

The Delete button deletes the selected item. | |

The Manage Group button enables you to add or delete users from the group. | |

The Control button provides a shortcut to menus for starting and stopping Enterprise Services or Essbase servers. | |

The Sync Security button copies the user names from a specified Essbase server's security file to an Essbase Enterprise Services server security store. Enables all Essbase server users to log into the Essbase Enterprise Services server. | |

The Create Cube button creates a view of the spreadsheet containing the Essbase database. | |
|
The Copy button copies the selected item. |
