PTF IP22956 fixes APAR IC54496

This fix handles the following situation:
There are several entries in the db2diag.log 
about libraries that cannot be unloaded
The fix now ensures that these db2diag.log 
entries are no longer generated.  


Installation on HP-UX IA64:
===========================
1. Stop NSE and DB2
2. Uninstall NSE
3. As root: untar package C15ZJML.tar.gz in an empty directory 
4. Change to directory hpux11ia64 
5. Execute nsesetup.sh and follow the instructions  
 

Note: After you have installed Net Search Extender,  
run db2iupdt on all instances.
