Net Search V8.1 Fix for APAR IC35476

Problem description : 

If Net Search Extender is being started with the Control  
Panel or if started by executing "net start <service>"    
the executable ctelocks.exe loops.                                       

Fix installation : 

1) unzip file ctelock.zip
2) run : db2text stop
3) copy file ctelock.exe to the DB2 installation directory ( e.g. d:\sqllib\bin ).
4) run : db2text start
