APAR IC43596   -   Net Search Extender 8.1.4.1 - prevents lock escalation in high volume index updates

This fix pack requires a Net Search Extender Fix Pack 4 installation.
Before installing the fix verify that %DB2TEMPDIR% points to the DB2 installation path.

Installation Instructions:

1. Stop Net Search Extender (db2text stop force)
2. Stop DB2 (db2stop force)
3. Copy db2nse8141win32bit.exe to a temporary directory
4. Run db2nse8141win32bit.exe
5. run service.bat (which installs the fix libraries and executables into the installation
                              directory identified by %DB2TEMPDIR%)
