Installation Instructions:

Stop Net Search Extender (db2text stop force)
Stop DB2 (db2stop force)
Uncompress and untar  to a temporary directory

As root:
Run slibclean to unload libraries from memory
Use the AIX installation utility SMIT to install the NSE package
