PTF IP22990 fixes APAR IC45093 

This fix handles the following situation:
wildcard searches against DBCS documents sometimes 
return an incorrect number of results. 

Installation on AIX v5: 
======================= 

1.  As instance owner: Stop NSE and DB2 
2.  As root: untar package IP22990.tar.gz 
3a. cd in 32bit
    copy *.a into /usr/opt/db2_08_01/lib
    copy ctedmpix into /usr/opt/db2_08_01/bin
3b. cd into 64bit
    copy *.a into /usr/opt/db2_08_01/lib64
    copy ctedmpix into /usr/opt/db2_08_01/bin64 
4.  run slibclean as root / instance owner before you start DB2 and NSE 
5.  As instance owner: Start DB2 and NSE

db2text level shows itlR3-85 and COSLibR5-23 in the level identifier section
